I am writing to express my strong support for Bill Brimley in his candidacy for Utah County Commission, Seat B. When I learned that Commissioner Brandon Gordon would not be running, I asked myself who in our community embodies honesty, integrity, and a true connection to people. Bill Brimley immediately came to mind. At my request, Bill stepped up years ago as a delegate, and he has since become a vital people connector—a man who listens, reasons soundly, and builds trust. Although he lacks formal public office experience, this is actually a strength—Bill isn't indoctrinated into the typical systems of bureaucracy. Instead, he brings fresh eyes, shaped by his leadership as a Rotary president and his work founding BNI chapters. He is the son of Wilford Brimley and was raised with a firm belief that a handshake and a man's word still mean something.

Bill understands that government must be transparent and accountable. He is acutely aware of the dangers of rising budgets and unchecked growth. As a county leader, he will focus on infrastructure first, ensuring we lay a solid foundation before we build more affordable homes. As a realtor, he has a sharp eye for the balance between growth and sustainability. Bill's unique perspective will be an invaluable asset to Utah County.
